Chocolate and Banana Smoothie
170g low fat natural yogurt
25g whey powder (chocolate flavour)
30ml semi skimmed milk
30g instant oats (banana flavour)
1 small banana
Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser and blend to give a filling and nutritional breakfast or post training snack.
